For Helium Balloons Delivery ($35)

1. We strive to provide efficient delivery, but owing to unforeseeable weather conditions and road traffic, real delivery time may vary from 30 MINUTES before or after the specified delivery time.

2. Please verify that someone can receive the balloons/parcels on the specified delivery date/time, as re-delivery is $35 and is subject to availability.

3. To ensure your balloons arrive pristine, schedule delivery 1 to 2 hours before your event.

• All Normal Air-Filled Balloons can stay inflated for a few days*;

 *Depending on weather/temperature and how the balloons are handled and transported. The balloons will soften and shrink with time, which is very typical.

4. Last-minute adjustment (at least two days before delivery) of delivery date/time/location is billed at $5 and subject to availability.

5. There will be no refunds or exchanges once the parcels/balloons are delivered in excellent condition.

Exchange/Refund Policy

All things are thoroughly inspected before being mailed. We only accept refunds for manufacturing problems within 14 days after delivery. Please return the goods to us so that we can process the refund. Please contact our Customer Support Team by email.

 

We only accept exchanges for incorrectly shipped items within 14 days of delivery.

We only offer paynow refunds (good for one year) for order cancellations for any reason.

 

Missing/Incorrect Item

Warning

Because uninflated balloons might be a choking hazard, they must be supervised by an adult. Uninflated balloons should be kept out of reach of youngsters, and damaged balloons should be discarded. Do not inhale helium gas at all times; it can be a health threat.
